A boiling water tap is connected to a compact boiler tank, usually installed beneath the sink. This tank draws in water from your mains supply, heats it to the set temperature, and keeps it ready for whenever you need it. When you activate the boiling water function, hot water flows instantly from the tap. The tank then refills, ensuring a constant supply of boiling water.

We offer five models of boiling water tap, including 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 options. Every tap provides boiling, hot, and cold water, while the 4-in-1 Platina & Quanta models also offer filtered cold water. If flexibility at the sink is a priority, the Platina model features a pull-out spout for added convenience. For ice-cold drinks, Quanta Chilled offers filtered water down to 4°C. Whether you need a simple, efficient tap or one with extra features, there’s a model to suit your kitchen.

Yes, boiling water taps are designed to be energy-efficient. The standard boiler unit holds 2.4 litres of water at 98°C, ensuring a steady supply without unnecessary waste. In many cases, they can be more efficient than using a kettle, as the tap uses only a small amount of electricity to maintain the water temperature.

For tea lovers, the perfect brewing temperature is 90-98°C, so you’ll always get a great cup without waiting for the kettle.

Safety is a key concern when dealing with boiling water, especially in homes with children or pets. Our taps come with a child-safe handle, which prevents accidental access to boiling water. Unlike kettles, which can be knocked over or pulled by a cord, a tap provides a safer, more stable solution.

Additionally, our taps dispense water at 98°C rather than 100°C, reducing splashing and spitting. If your home has high or low water pressure, we recommend consulting a plumber to ensure everything runs smoothly.
